Give Them A Reason To Keep Reading

The first way to get people interested in your writing is to give them a reason to keep reading whatever it is you are writing.

Your writing must provoke some sort of emotion that gets the reader interested while doing it in a way where it’s easily digestible for the reader.

For example you could write down one of the best books known to man, but if the book is too long and the reader loses all interest before he even reads the first page. 

It wouldn’t matter how good the book is.

That’s why you must make it easy for the reader to get into the writing. Easy to understand. And no beating around a bush with long lasting and never ending sentences.

Hook The Reader

So, does that mean you should talk to them like a child to make them fully understand what you're saying? Or even talk to them like a foreign person that doesn’t understand english?

No, that’s not the case at all 

You just have to understand how to break things down so the reader doesn’t fall asleep on you.

Whatever type of content you put out there you must hook the reader in and make sure to keep them interested in your writing.
